Our CSR commitment

Our sustainable objectives

Aware of our responsibility as a digital player, we have chosen to align our activities with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations. These commitments reflect our desire to contribute positively to society, the environment and a more responsible economy.

We already integrate these principles into our daily practices. With transparency at the heart of our approach, we are committed to communicating clearly about the actions we have taken, the progress we have made and the areas for improvement we have identified.

Because sustainable development is an ongoing process, we will continue our efforts to strengthen and evolve our commitments, in line with our values and the expectations of our stakeholders.

In July 2023, the Group structured its CSR approach by obtaining its first INDR certification. This external certification validates our commitments and forms the basis of our strategy.

In line with this approach, we have completed the EcoVadis certification assessment, an international benchmark for CSR performance evaluation. This new step marks our desire to continuously measure and improve our practices, while strengthening transparency and trust with all our stakeholders in continuous improvement.

In 2025, Rcarré wanted to go further and joined IMS Luxembourg (Inspiring More Sustainability).

Finally, our ISO27001 certification underlines our commitment to adopting responsible, transparent and sustainable practices. Securing the information of our customers, partners and employees is an integral part of our ethical approach: rigorous governance, risk management, continuous improvement and respect for stakeholders.
