What we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Senior System & Network Engineer for one of our prestigious clients.
As a Senior System & Network Engineer, you will:
- Play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize networked systems and backups.
- Support and resolve incidents (Levels 2 and 3).
- Install, administer, and maintain services, servers, and systems (Windows, Linux, AD/AAD, MS Exchange Online).
- Participate in the administration and maintenance of network components (On-premise + Azure Cloud).
- Ensure proper documentation (diagrams, technical manuals, procedures, runbooks).
- Drive innovative solutions and communicate best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers to maintain and evolve cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Administer technical environments (Backup, LAN, WAN, network and server hardware).
- Manage administrative tasks (migration, deployment, rollout).
- Monitor and identify IT risks and security issues.
- Ensure knowledge transfer for business continuity and within the support team.
- Follow up on tickets with team and users.
- Ensure infrastructure availability through periodic on-call duty shifts.
