What we are looking for :
We’re looking for an Operations Engineer to help one of our customers monitor and optimise the performance of its infrastructure in Luxembourg.
You will be working as part of a team dedicated to operating and monitoring the customer’s systems.
The team works 3×8 shifts, 7 days a week, 5 days on, 2 days off
- Morning shift: 6-14.30 (30-minute break)
- Afternoon shift: 2pm-10.30pm (30-minute break)
- Evening shift: 10pm-6.30am (30-minute break)
Your role :
- Monitoring of system and application environments.
- Ensuring service availability.
- Handling operational requests.
- Task planning.
- Tracking, updating, and writing technical procedures.
