Context:
We are looking for an Incident Coordinator (m/f) to work on a client project in the network/telecom sector.
You will join the client team dedicated to receiving, qualifying, analyzing, and dispatching customer incidents.
Your role :
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Creating and dispatching tickets
- Providing level 1 support (for IT and fixed/mobile telephony products)
- Coordinating and administratively tracking incidents
- Participating in the continuous improvement of procedures
Your profile :
- Fluency in Luxembourgish and French (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- At least a CATP/DAP diploma
- Ability to analyze and organize call management and priorities
Technical skills:
- Experience in the IT sector
- Knowledge of ITIL and ticketing tools
Working conditions :
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Luxembourg
- No travel required
