What we are looking for :
We are looking for a consultant to support one of our customers in the administration of its IT infrastructure.
You will join a specialist team working at different levels of incident handling.
As well as resolving incidents, you will be involved in infrastructure analysis and development projects (O365, MS Azure).
Your tasks :
- Resolution of level 2 incidents
- Conducting studies, analyses, and contributions to transformation projects
- Deployment of technical solutions
- Documentation writing
Technical skills :
- Administration O365
- MS Azure / Azure devOps
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Knowledge of security environments
- ITIL knowledge
- Ticketing tool
- Proficiency in French (any other language is a plus)
