What we are looking for:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer specialising in Microsoft technologies to join one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and upgrading IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, O365 and Azure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in various IT infrastructure transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Your role :
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and upgrade IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Exchange, O365 and Azure servers.
- Participate in various IT infrastructure transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Provide level 3 support to resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
- Report to the IT Infrastructure Manager on progress, problems encountered and proposed solutions.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation to ensure traceability of configurations and processes.
- Establish strong relationships with development and IT security teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Maintain a constant technological watch and provide recommendations for improving our customers’ infrastructure.
- Implement IT security procedures and standards relating to the infrastructure, in accordance with the Group’s IT security policies, procedures and guidelines.
