As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in our success by identifying, attracting and recruiting the best talent in the sector. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for our technical positions.
Your responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will play a decisive role in the Business Unit’s strategy.
- Write and publish attractive advertisements on the various recruitment channels.
- Sourcing potential candidates through databases, social networks and industry events.
- Conduct pre-selection interviews and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral skills.
- Coordinate the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update our candidate database.
- Participate in recruitment events and represent the company.
