As part of our dynamic expansion, we are looking for a Sourcing & Recruitment Manager.

This position reports to the Business Unit Director and will be an integral part of the BU management team.

In this role, you will have the following tasks:

• Identify candidates (using various job sites, inbound applications, social networks, job fairs, the partner network, etc.).
• Carry out the selection interview and technical screening (with internal support if necessary);
• Explain standard contract terms to candidates and negotiate packages;
• Match open applications with validated candidates;
• Provide an appropriate report to the Business Unit Director;
• Carry out assignment follow-up and career coaching for teams on assignment;

• You have significant experience in recruiting IT profiles
• You are autonomous and rigorous
• You are authorised to work in Luxembourg
• You are fluent in French and have a good level of English

• Permanent contract, 40h/week
• Based in Capellen
• Teleworking
