Rcarré acquires Tenotel

Rcarré acquires Tenotel to strengthen its enterprise telephony activities.

In late 2021, Bernard Dufrêne, who led Tenotel, expressed his intention to sell the company and enjoy retirement. As an entrepreneurial spirit always on the lookout for new solutions to offer to its clients, Jean-Guy Roche, CEO of Rcarré, saw the opportunity!

The acquisition of Tenotel’s activities will enable Rcarré to enhance its position in the Luxembourg market as a provider of ‘unified communications’ services. Rcarré has been an integrator and operator of IP telephony since 2011 in Luxembourg and Belgium.

This acquisition will take place smoothly and with a focus on the well-being of the company’s staff and Tenotel’s clients. There won’t be significant changes or rebranding. Telephony activities will remain unchanged, but the existing team will be reinforced by Rcarré’s telephony specialists. Thus, both teams will merge to enrich their skills in the respective technologies in place in both companies, namely Innovaphone and Avaya.

The day-to-day management of Tenotel will be entrusted to Murielle John, administrator of Rcube Professional Services and ‘Pre-sales Engineer’ at Rcarré – Rcube Professional Services. To facilitate the integration of the two companies and allow the teams to get to know each other better, Rcarré and Tenotel will move into new offices together at the end of June!
